Happy weekend! Can anyone say "baseball romance"? Spring reminds me how much I love that sport. With MLB season kicking off this month, it's time to break out the bats. I have two new baseball romances for you that you won't want to miss. for you. One just released and one coming this week. They were both five star reads for me. Truly, get reading.
Until next time...

I am voluntarily leaving this honest review after receiving
an advance reader copy of the book. This new full-length standalone romance is
written in first person from an alternating dual POV and ends with a HEA.
I am telling you now; this is one of my top reads of the
year.
These characters embedded into my heart where they will stay forever. I loved that life had thrown them both a lot of garbage, yet they each survived and came out stronger. They have the most adorable meet-cute ever and I was so excited to see their relationship develop. I adored their maturity in how they communicated and handled the challenges that came their way. I loved that they supported each other and made each other better. Silas was something else: and by that, I mean ALL good things. He is a flirty, filthy talker with a marshmallow heart when it comes to Rachel. Rachel is such a strong woman. My admiration for her is so deep. Her ability to set boundaries with her toxic mother and create a safe life for her little sister while still pursuing her dream was inspiring. The heat between Rachel and Silas after all the pining? Holy Moly! This book made me swoon. I couldnāt put it down. (And the door is open for additional characters to have their own books. I am 100% here for that.) Thank you to this author for my first baseball romance of the year. You keep getting better and better.

Written in first person from an alternating dual POV, this
can be read as a standalone and ends with a HEA.
Sarina is a wonderful person and a fantastic mother. I liked
reading as her self-confidence grew with the force of Troyās love for her. I
adored the relationship she formed with little Pearl. Troy and Sarina had a
chemistry that could not be denied. I appreciated Sarinaās attempt to friend
zone the man, but it was a doomed effort. Seriously. Troy is such a wonderful
MMC. He is a straight shooter from the get-go. He shows Sarina how he feels time
and time again until she is ready to hear the words. The man falls fast and
hard for her and it was a beautiful thing. The kids are fabulous. Little Rome
was a character I wanted to just hug, especially when he decided to stand up
for himself and assert his needs with his father. Pearl is just adorable cuteness.
The relationship the kids formed with each other made me feel gooey inside.
I really appreciated the representation in this book.
Between Sarinaās vitiligo and the wonderful ASL representation around Pearl, it
had depth that I really appreciated. Romance, steam, humor, and wonderful
characters: this book had it all. Add in
hilarious group text chats and hairless cat shenanigans that made me laugh out
loud, and you have a book you wonāt want to miss.
