Book reviews for books read September 12th-20th

Happy weekend. This week I read two books from my TBR, five novellas, DNF'd one book, and completed the B.A.N.G. book Club 52 week reading challenge for the year. I read six new-to-me authors this week to continue of what seems to be a September theme for me this year.  That brings me to 16 new-to-me authors this month when I include the two books I did not finish. The two books from my TBR were both recent releases I have been wanting to read. I was not disappointed as Lyndsey and Susie always impress me. I also read books for the following challenge categories: A book set in Canada An academy romance A Thanksgiving romance A book I purchased in 2020 It was a really good reading week. Check out my reviews and add some more books to that TBR. Until next time, happy reading! The Categories. The completed chart. This is the group site if you want to join and compete in challenges.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/946607852613605 Book Reviews: Reveal Me (The Beckett Brothe...

Book Blog Tour: Two Guys, One Puck by J.R. Gray

BLURB: A fist fight shouldn’t be flirting. Two Guys One Puck, an all-new enemies to lovers, double bi-awakening, hockey romance from bestselling author J.R. Gray is now available! I’m so close to the NHL draft and the dream I’ve worked towards my entire life and he’s made it his mission to ruin it all. Ktytor is the super star enforcer for our biggest rivals the Massachusetts Monsters. He has a counter for every move I make like he’s inside my head. He’s cocky, infuriating, and knows just how to get under my skin. His torments finally push me over the edge so when he suggests we finish our on-ice fight outside after the game, I gladly accept What I didn’t expect was our trading blows to end in us making out. I’ve never even considered being with a guy before and now I have to pretend to hate him while sneaking around and navigating our public rivalry. We’re at each other’s throats and it only makes him hotter.   Start reading today! FREE in Kindle Unlimited Amazon: https://...

Book reviews for books read September 1st-11th

September is going by quickly. So far this month I have read one ARC, three other books from my TBR, and four novellas. (I scored a bunch of steamy novellas on a free insta-love romance day. I am enjoying reading those in the evening instead of starting a new book that will keep me up too late.) I also DNF'd my first book in a while. Amazingly, all nine books were by new-to-me authors! What an incredible start to a month, right? Funny story about the ARC: I have met J.R. Gray on several occasions at book signings and he has been on my list to read for a while. Because I like him as a person and his books sounded so good, I have signed up to promote many of his books as they release, knowing I would eventually get to read them too. The PR company he is using for this upcoming release emailed me that I could have an ARC (that I didn't sign up for) and after looking at my calendar, I realized I had time to read it! I have to say that happened to be the best decision I made all w...
