Happy weekend.  This week I read one ARC and three books by new-to-me authors.  I am at Holidays with the Belles book signing in Dallas this weekend.  I am so excited to meet many of these authors that I am finally getting to read.  I am certain to leave with an even longer TBR.   I hope my reviews hel you find some books to add to your reading list. Wishing everyone a happy and safe week full of good books and happy endings.   Nice Guys Still Finish (The Ladies Who Brunch #5)  by Harlow James ARC: Release Date-03/02/2023 #CinnamonRollHero #FakeRelationship #ARC 5 STARS Book five in the series can be read as a standalone and ends in a HEA.   It is written in first person from an alternating dual POV. Book reviews from the week of February 12th:

Happy weekend!  This week I read four novels and two novellas.   One of the novels was an ARC of Lucy Score's next release.  I think it is because I savor every incredibly well-written word, but I always spend two to three times longer reading her books per page than anyone else.  This is not me complaining.  Just know that you will want to live in the worlds she creates and won't want to leave when at the end of the book.   I also read an ARC of Tawna Fenske's March release novella.  It is the third book in a very HOT series. If you like it hot, check her labels and grab this series because holy moly!  I finally read a full length book by author Jess Bryant.  I have read two of her novellas including one of my favorite married couple/second chance romances of all time: Extra Innings.  I am hooked on All Saints series.  Hunter is an amazing hero and I cant wait to read his brothers get their HEAs.   I read two new-to-me authors this week in preparation for meeting them at

I still read 2 novels and 2 novellas. All of them were new to me authors in preparation for attending Holiday with the Belles in Dallas at the end of the month.  I hope my reviews help you find a few new authors love.  Love War (Battlefield of Love #1 by Cary Hart #SingleDad #SingleMom #SecondChance #Debut #SmallTown 4 STARS Book one in the Love War series can be read as a standalone and ends with a HEA. It is written in first person from an alternating dual POV. Aubrey and Drew are both recently leaving their marriages behind in divorce and learning the new normal of shared custody and coparenting apart. Both of their exes are real pieces of work. When they keep running into each other again and again, they give into their attraction to each other. It helps that their daughters get along perfectl

Book reviews from the week of January 29th

Happy weekend everyone!  I had an amazing week.  I was off work because we were supposed to be traveling.  When the trip fell through, I decided to see if I could make some progress on reading challenge books and new-to-me authors for upcoming book signings.   I read two ARCs, two novellas and four books from my TBR this week.   I also completed my version of Jessica Peterson's reading challenge.  When I got my first Bingo part way through the month, I challenged myself to see if I could get a full card.  I skated in with the final book on the 30th and I was excited.  In the process of meeting my self-challenge, I was able to pull and read several books that have been on my TBR for YEARS!  I view that as a huge success. I read three new-to-me authors in January out of 27 books.  And I am off to a good start this month with two more new-to-me authors this week. I love finding new authors to love, even though it keeps adding to my TBR.  I am looking froward to meeting authors at up
